What's your pick for the least replaceable job?

I want to be clear that I don't mean the one that will actually be replaced last because that will probably be board member, and politician. I mean in terms of the actual ability for an AI (or robot) to do the job sufficiently well to replace a human. My pick is dog groomer, specifically high quality "designer" haircuts not just shaving. In addition to intense physical skills it's one of the few times where you have to work with a sometimes unwilling and even hostile "customer" in which you cannot communicate to them what you need out of them. It's very hard to trust an ai will be able to gently but firmly manage an unwilling dog while moving scissors around it's eyes and face. Very tough.
