So Anthropic's Claude AI blocks video game cloning and reverse-engineering, to avoid companies to get out of business, and that's ethical?

If Anthropic considers this ethical, what do they have to say to the individuals who will lose their jobs and livelihoods? With the rise of these AI capabilities, either everyone —businesses and individuals— goes out of business, or none of us do. If AI can do the X/Y job today, we should just let those businesses to collapse, similarly how an individual's career collapses. This decision by Anthropic is completely unethical, unjustified, and wrong. It's an evil decision. ---- Edit: I am not a gamer and I never attempted to reverse engineer anything. But I have a great concern about those practices and decisions like this of Anthropic.
