Dreamforce 2026 marked a shift for Life Sciences: from promise to proof. We spent the last several quarters building and selling the vision. Now, we’re helping our customers move from early adoption to real, live implementations and measurable value with in-production numbers growing by the day. We unveiled new innovations across clinical and commercial for pharma and medtech customers: Regulated Content Management, Command Center for Life Sciences, and AIforce for Life Sciences, and were joined by more than 2,800 attendees for Life Sciences globally. We were just recognized by Forrester as the leader in Agentic AI for Life Sciences Commercial. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. – Joe Ferraro What’s Included: Dreamforce Recap Regulated Content Management Spotlight Customer Wins & Go Lives Roadmap: What’s GA in October & Spring Preview Best Practices New External Trailheads Upcoming Webinars & Events Dreamforce Keynote Recap: Innovation Takes Center Stage At the Life Sciences Keynote, Rewriting the Script with Agentforce , we shared why legacy, siloed systems have held our industry back: content teams wait months for MLR review, care gaps get caught too late, and half of drug launches miss their forecast. Today the industry sees just 28% approval from HCPs for how they’re engaged, a signal that point solutions and generic LLMs alone cannot fix. We introduced several headline announcements for 2027: Regulated Content Management — the first live demo of an agent first platform that moves compliance upstream, connecting claims, evidence, references, and obligations as living data so content enters MLR review ready. Early adopters starting now. Command Center for Life Sciences — the AI control plane for the industry, unifying clinical, commercial, and medical signals, root causing issues like authorization barriers, and routing recommended actions. AIforce for Life Sciences — brings Life Sciences Cloud data and workflows to any surface, Slack, a voice agent, even a podcast style briefing in the car. Life Sciences MCP — an open Model Context Protocol for the industry, demoed live, plus an open sourced Claude plugin for faster, more reliable implementations, with HIPAA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 controls built in. Several marquee customers also joined us on stage and shared their journeys and proof points: reduction in handling time for name and address changes experienced by McKesson Medical Surgical, becoming Wellverse McKesson Medical Surgical , becoming Wellverse , has experienced 2X faster case handling and 77% reduction in handling time for name and address changes Fresenius unified data from 50+ countries and 4 business models in under a year. Takeda , a Life Sciences Cloud design partner on Regulated Content Management, has seen 90% faster response preparation and 9+ million HCP interactions tailored across 80 markets in the last year AstraZeneca is bringing its 100,000 employees onto Salesforce, using the Command Center to move from static to proactive engagement. We’ve also crossed 150+ customers, with implementations completing in as little as 5 weeks, more than 400 active Agentforce agents in production, and over 500 features shipped since GA. All of this is backed by the Life Sciences Global Acceleration Hub and a network of over 2,000 certified partners around the world. What makes Regulated Content Management different: Compliance Intelligence: Claims, supporting evidence, references, and channel or region specific obligations, such as Fair Balance or Important Safety Information, and localized assets are treated as living, connected data rather than static content. This allows agents to proactively surface expiring or changing substantiations, identify compliance gaps, and flag downstream content affected when clinical or regulatory data changes. Open, Connected Platform: Regulated Content Management provides an open, federated compliance foundation that works across the content lifecycle without requiring customers to consolidate everything into a single repository. Salesforce native experiences coexist with existing DAMs, CMS, and authoring platforms, while Regulated Content Management maintains governed compliance intelligence throughout. Regulated Content Management also supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic signatures and approval capture. Early adopters are live now, with broader availability coming in 2027. We’ve crossed 150+ customers overall on Life Sciences Cloud, with implementations completing in as little as 5 weeks, and over 100 customers now live on Life Sciences Cloud including Clinical and Patient Services, plus 400+ live on Agentforce across Field Reimbursement, MedTech, and R&D use cases. Nucleus Network, Australia’s leading phase 1 clinical research organization, is using Life Sciences Cloud to advance global medicine with AI. Read their new customer story to see how they’re modernizing clinical trial participant recruitment and engagement. A notable go live includes Fresenius , who unified data across 100 countries and 4 business models in under a year, 90% standardized globally with 10% localized, and shared their story live at the Dreamforce keynote. Additionally, here are a few more key takeaways from customers participating in Dreamforce go-live sessions: One life sciences company went live on the medical side in under 5 weeks, with field teams reporting roughly 50% greater efficiency post launch. Change management and data readiness are the make or break factors: involving end users early builds a “pull” strategy, and clean, governed data has to come before any go live date.
