Airbnb Plans AI Travel Agent for Planning, Booking and Support

Airbnb plans to begin rolling out an AI agent for trip planning and booking to guests in the first half of 2027, the company said in its third-quarter 2026 shareholder letter released November 5, 2026. The product remains in development.
